Traditions at Beaumont is located in Louisville , Kentucky. We offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Garden Homes in our senior retirement community. Nursing care and support, along with gracious amenities and lifestyle options are provided to our residents. We are an active adult community, within the Traditions Management family, that can help seniors with aging, Alzheimer’s, and Dementia care.
ALL NON-ESSENTIAL VISITATION IS RESTRICTED, TO BE REVISTED ON A BIWEEKLY BASIS.
ALL ELECTIVE OFF-SITE VISITS ARE ALSO STRONGLY DISCOURAGED PER LATEST STATE GUIDANCE.
Once resumed, visitation guidelines are as follows:
All visits must be scheduled in advance by calling Johna Hale for Assisted Living residents and the Memory Care Director for Memory Care residents.
Screening and temperatures will be taken at beginning of each visit.
All visitors must demonstrate lack of fever at entry and cannot exhibit any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 by responding "No" to all screening questions.
All visitors must wear a mask at all times.
Visits may occur:
Outside (preferred)
Mask must be worn at all time during the visit and chairs are to be maintained at least 6 feet apart.
Limit 2 visitors at a time.
May occur M-F between 9 am and 5 pm with last scheduled available. time being 4:30.
Inside the building
Visits may take place in our designated private visitation area located in the theatre room for assisted living and designated room for memory care. Mask must be worn at all times and social distancing must be maintained.
Limit 2 adult visitors per resident at a time.
May occur M-F between 9 am and 5 pm for Assisted Living (with last scheduled time being 4:30 pm) and 10 am to 4:30 pm for Memory Care (with last scheduled time being 4:00).
In the resident's room
Limit 1 adult visitor.
May occur only M-F between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm for Assisted Living (with last appointment being scheduled at 4:30) and 10 am and 4:30 pm for Memory Care (with last appointment being scheduled at 4:00).
Visitors will be escorted to the resident's room and must follow proper protocol.
Visitors will need to wear a mask at all times during the visit and must practice social distancing while in the resident's room.
Memory Care visitors must wear an N95 mask which can be provided at entry. Only 1 mask will be issued 1 time per family. This means that the visitor will need to keep the N95 mask for their next visits. A new mask will not continually be issued for each visit.
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in residents' rooms at this time.
At this time we ask visitors to please not participate in activities or dining.
* All regulations apply pending there are no current positive cases of COVID-19 in the building for staff or residents. Should there be a positive, we test all residents and must quarantine for 14 days.
